We believe both great mid-century design and a great audience for that design exist in Iowa. Together we can share our passion for mid-century design, architecture, art, and fashion to educate, preserve our heritage, support local businesses and ultimately foster a lasting appreciation for a remarkable era of design. Mid-Century Condo Tour
Sunday, August 18 at 3660 Grand Ave. in Des Moines, Iowa
Peek inside the beautiful 1957 "Sanford House" condos at 3660 Grand Ave. Tickets will grant you access to the six featured units on the tour, a special presentation about the building's history, and a complimentary signature cocktail at Hello, Marjorie. Proceeds will benefit the Iowa Architectural Foundation.
Select between two time slots: 12–2 PM, or 2–4 PM. Cocktail hour will follow the tour at Hello, Marjorie from 3–7 PM, where your cocktail ticket will allow you to select one of two signature drinks created especially for this event.
Attention Ticket Holders:
Please note, the condo tour process differs from our Midwest Modern home tour. You will check in on-site at the condos to receive your ticket. Please refer to the email sent Friday, August 16, for all the information you need before arrival.
